Drawing from the ancient
words of the famous “Desiderata”,
|
Keep interested in your
career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortune of
time. Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of
trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive
for high ideals and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. |
Business, in my life, has become
an experience well beyond the levels I ever imagined. In the 80’s
while managing my publishing and marketing company, I envisioned one
day bringing spiritual concepts to the working community.
Little did I know that it would take another fifteen years for my thoughts
to further materialize!
Today I am very thankful to have found a way to conceptualize my dreams,
my feelings, and my convictions by bringing a newfound, deeper understanding
of what our careers are all about.
My CEO Programs have provided the best possible approach in helping
owners, managers and workers of all types of businesses and organizations
implement changes and improvements.
As a lecturer and through role-play workshops I now provide a new kind
of thinking that will be more powerful than any average book you may
read on this topic.
It is the true interactivity at the workshops and lectures that provides
people with an understanding from within. This will create the change
that is so needed in today’s workplace.
I invite you to read the article A
Loss of Integrity in the Workplace, which was
compiled from solid research.
