New businesses open their doors every day, but unfortunately many of them don’t make it in today’s marketplace. This is bad news and there is a reason for it. Studies show that most people starting a business have not received the proper education or are not aware of the many business aspects they need to know in order to survive. It seems that people did not learn in school what they needed to know in order to successfully own a business.

De Waal Consultants, started its Small Business Coaching Services in the early nineties to protect owners from as many dangers as possible. Today, we spend most of our time helping small business owners protect themselves from the many obstacles and dangers they can encounter.

Especially in the start-up phase, so many important decisions are made that later seem the reason for business failure. Many people also receive the wrong advice from money-driven lawyers, brokers and accountants.

It seems no one worries about the safety of the investment and the safety of the people involved. Small business owners usually use all their savings or an inheritance to start their dream, but no one seems to care if in just a few years, all the money has been lost. De Waal Consultants finds this problem unfortunate and unnecessary, and our mission is to help prevent such outcomes. Business is done by rules and laws, and when implemented correctly, with the support of honest advice and council, more than half of all new businesses can become successful.
